...inside the building! With all the rain we've been getting in Baton Rouge lately, we've experienced several leaks in the building. Never an acceptable sight, especially when walls have been closed up and floated (some painted).

The building envelope is closed up (partially roughed in and waterproofed), so construction is halfway underway... Now onto finishes and interior work, which has been going on full force!

The bamboo-inspired, organic and natural approach. We have to fine tune the mock up with the correct reflective glazing (spy the hard hat?), but the pattern is finalized. Any thoughts?
