The waiting game

So here's the beginning of DCBR Medical Office Building construction. This 20,000 sf building will house the new Dermasurgery Center offices and clinic on the first floor and a shell space on the second floor for a future tenant. Site work has been delayed three weeks due to wet conditions in south Louisiana. To kick things off, the addition of lime to the soil was a must. Not the best way to start off construction (with a big change order), but glad to see construction starting to roll.
