The oak tree saga continues

After struggling with flooding a couple of times (perhaps 3 or 4) due to an inefficient drainage design, we finally had the mulch, that once was added on before construction as a mechanism to help maintain the tree's health, removed so the tree roots could dry out and breath! Root rot was detected, so we now have to add french drains to help shed any possibility of standing water away from the tree base. Trusting our landscape team (Bayou Tree and Imahara's Landscape) to help us come up with the most optimal solution to this challenge.
