Interior's first glimpse

Here we have a first glimpse at an interior space of this building!

Ceiling grid and lights have been installed through out, power has been turned on, and AC is kicking and running (at a very low temperature, if I may add). Air conditioning the space and drying the slab is of upmost importance at this stage, as most of the flooring depends on an optimal moisture content test result prior to installation.

Picture-frame view from the second floor. Pictures rarely do justice and this is no exception. This will certainly make a fabulous space for our future tenant! Any takers?
